World Mission to the Deaf was incorporated in 1979 as a Canadian base for E.S.D. workers.


W.M.D.
  • assists Canadian missionaries desiring to reach the mission field,
  • handles financial transactions,
  • assists with work teams and projects,
  • advises ministries and missionaries including
Doug and Val Clutton
on loan from WMD to the Philippines (see their webpage)
with Deaf Ministries International

The WMD leadership celebrated 30 years of service on June 13, 2009 at the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf in Toronto, Ontario Canada.


WMD also assists Christian Nationals involved in deaf ministry and evangelism.
